Luxurious 6-8 person holiday home in a unique location at the botterhaven of Urk, with a view of the harbours, beach and IJsselmeer. The house is, because the living room is on the 1st floor, not suitable for disabled people.

Ground floor: Entrance, 3 spacious bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200 cm.)

Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90 x 200 cm)

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (90 x 200 cm.).

The bedrooms have windows with mosquito nets.

Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and sauna.

Laundry room with washing machine and drying rack.

1st floor:

By means of a staircase you reach the 1st floor. Here is a landing with toilet and balcony with clothesline.

Dining room, kitchen and living area (1 large room) from where you have access to the large balcony with beautiful views of harbors, beaches and IJsselmeer. This floor has air conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer (3 drawers), dishwasher, extractor hood and oven.

On the 2nd floor there is another (children's) bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm.

Behind the house is a spacious, lockable patio with a sitting area, swing and barbecue.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Cleaning and bed linen fee € 150 (mandatory)\

gas / water / electricity are included in the price.
